1-Rochester Group

The 1-Rochester Group is one of Singapore's most well-known lifestyle dining groups. An independent and entrepreneurial organisation, it has been awarded in Singapore and also accorded recognition internationally for its creative renewal of underutilised, heritage or hackneyed properties, giving these properties a new lease of life and catering to untouched and evolving demographics.

The Group has four main strategic business units that are managed and driven by different professional managers. These include the dining, patisserie, weddings, events management and gastrobar businesses.

The Group presently owns and runs four renowed concept outlets - One Rochester, 1-TwentySix, 1-Caramel, and 1-Altitude which was recently launched in July 2010.
